- Standard Shipping: Based on weight and calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $250.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

- Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and package size. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (may vary based on customs processing).
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
- Shipping is usually 1-2 business days.
- Orders are shipped using NZ Post (Courier Post)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order

Customs and Duties for International Orders
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping rates. These charges may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
